Welcome to Mood Food! We are thrilled to bring you some of our favorite recipes, making them accessible for everyone to enjoy. My husband, Jamie, and I have often found ourselves caught in the classic dilemma of "Where or what do you want to eat?"—and of course, we would have different cravings in mind. Even when we reached a consensus, we were frequently underwhelmed by the options available. That's when we realized we needed to launch a food truck in Tigard. We started experimenting with a mix of old and new recipes to create a menu that we believe our fellow foodies and indecisive couples will love.
